3 Ways To Handle Judgment

What do I do when I feel judged by other people? In this video, I give three ways to handle judgment. First, if you are feeling judged, stop and ask yourself whether or not you actually are being judged by other people. Our feelings and perceptions can make us think we are being judged by other people when we are not. Second, if someone really is judging you, then what? What can that person's judgment of you really do to you? Only you can allow another person's judgment of you matter to you. The problem lies with that other person. They have a problem, don't make it your problem. Lastly, if someone you know is trying to give you some constructive criticism, that can be okay. Take the time to evaluate whether someone is really judging you or not and whether or not you should care.
