What do you do when you have a bad day? Here is the 3-step process to have a positive mindset when things are going wrong. Your mindset is like a thermostat. A thermostat regulates the temperature. Your mindset regulates your mood and your outlook.
Regulating your mindset is a choice. Even in the midst of a bad day, you can choose what kind of mindset you want to have. Focus on what you can control and not on what you can't control. The 3-step process to change your mindset: ·STOP·THINK·CHOOSE.
When you make better choices you will live a better life, so choose well. Oh yeah!
