I say this statement so much you might think it has lost its meaning. But I truly believe it. When you make better choices in your life, you will naturally have better outcomes in your life. Does that mean that you will never ever have any problems? Of course not! I realize that. It's about direction not perfection. But I also realize the power of our choices to impact our lives for the future. I have experienced this in my own life and I have seen other people experience it as well. Stop. Think. Choose.
