Fight to Choose Well | What Is Your Identity?
I just got done with a belly burner workout. It was tough and I did modify it a bit. As I did the workout I kept seeing my T-shirt that says, "CHOOSE WELL". I really believe this message, but every day is a fight to choose well. Whether it's a fight to stay healthy or a fight to get fit, our successes are not in the outcome or the process, but in our identity. Choose well. Oh yeah!
My Belly Burner Workout:
20 seconds high knees
15 seconds low plank
10 seconds burpees or, in my case, pushups
If you're brave: Repeat
